What should I do before you arrive?
A good hoover before we arrive is always helpful and the clearer the floor space the better.
What about moving furniture?
We’re happy to agree with you on what furniture you do or don’t want moving. It really is up to you.
What about specific spots/stains?
We will endeavour to remove as many spots and stains as possible. Please contact us if you have any specific queries as we are often able to remove things you wouldn’t expect such as shoe polish or chewing gum.
Are the carpets safe to walk on after cleaning?
You can walk on the carpets with clean shoes immediately after cleaning or we can provide you with complimentary shoe protectors. It is safe for your pets and children to use the carpets after cleaning.
How do I pay?
We are happy to accept cash or cheque, but are also able to take bank transfer and card payments. All payments are upon completion of work carried out.
